Updated: 2 November 2026. This notice describes the website hosted on Hostinger and the contact options currently available.
Enquiries
The consultation form asks for a name, contact number, email address, matter category and brief message. This information is used to respond to an enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Do not provide account passwords, CNIC numbers, bank details, confidential documents or detailed case information through this form.
How the form works
When online email delivery is not configured, the form validates the information in your browser and lets you open a prepared email in your own email application. You decide whether to send it. The website does not store that draft.
If the firm later enables direct delivery, the form will send the request to the website server and the configured mail service. This implementation does not create a database of enquiries. The firm and its selected email provider will receive and handle the message under the arrangements explained when you engage the firm.
Technical information
The hosting service may process routine request information, such as network and browser information, for operation and security. The direct-delivery endpoint uses a short-lived request counter for abuse prevention. No analytics, advertising trackers, map embeds or marketing cookies are enabled on this website. Fonts and website photographs are served locally.
Other contact channels
WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, and email links open your chosen email application. These services have their own privacy terms. Do not send sensitive material until a suitable private channel and recipient have been agreed.
Your questions
Contact the firm at ali@khokharadvisory.com to ask about an enquiry or request correction or deletion of information you have sent. The firm will explain any applicable professional or legal recordkeeping requirements when responding.
Before an engagement
Making an enquiry does not create a lawyer–client relationship or a confidential professional engagement. The relevant professional, scope, responsibilities and communication arrangements are agreed separately.
